Begin your journey with a luxurious three-night stay at the spectacular Apurva Kempinski Bali, set amid the breathtaking beauty of this enchanting island. During your stay, venture through Bali’s lush landscapes to the iconic Mount Batur, an active volcano revered for its natural majesty, before immersing yourself in the island’s rich cultural heritage with an authentic tribal dinner and captivating Kecak dance performance. DAY 1
Upon arrival at Gusti Ngurah Rai International Airport, you will be met and transferred to the Apurva Kempinski, Bali.
A private transfer has been arranged for guests arriving today. If you have not purchased flights through Regent Seven Seas Cruises, please ensure we have your flight details at least 14 days in advance so that the transfer can meet you.
Note: A private van or SUV will be used to transfer couples or parties of two between the airport and the hotel. Vans hold a maximum of four pieces of large luggage (total) plus one carry-on sized bag per person. A sedan will be used for solo guests, which can hold 2 large suitcases and a carry-on. If you will have more luggage, a larger vehicle may be required for additional cost. Please advise your booking agent at least 14 days before sailing if a larger vehicle is required. Transfers are with driver only.

After breakfast, depart from the comfort of your hotel and step into a world where timeless culture meets untamed beauty. This bespoke full-day journey aboard a classic Land Rover invites you to experience Bali far beyond the well-trodden paths — a curated adventure through the island’s most authentic and awe-inspiring landscapes.
Traverse picturesque countryside roads framed by emerald rice terraces, passing through traditional villages where time seems to stand still. Along the way, enjoy rare encounters with Balinese artisans as they share the secrets of age-old traditions — from hand-carved woodwork and organic coconut oil production to local wine making. These intimate moments are complemented by freshly prepared Balinese delicacies, served in peaceful rural surroundings.
As your journey ascends, the landscape transforms. You’ll explore the dramatic terrain of Mount Batur, stepping onto the otherworldly Black Lava fields shaped by centuries of volcanic activity — a stark and stunning testament to nature’s raw power. From here, a serene drive through a whispering bamboo forest brings you to a secluded jungle setting, where a lavish Balinese feast awaits. Dine al fresco beneath the canopy, surrounded by the stillness of nature — a truly immersive culinary experience.
The expedition continues to the storied highlands of Bangli, where you’ll discover Kehen Temple — one of Bali’s oldest and most sacred sites, often overlooked by the typical traveller. This ancient sanctuary, rich in history and spiritual elegance, offers a moment of quiet reflection amid stone carvings and temple courtyards.
Relax in comfort on your return drive. With every mile, carry with you the essence of Bali — its flavors, its traditions, its untold stories — beautifully woven into a day of exploration designed exclusively for the curious and the refined.

DAY 3
After breakfast at the hotel, enjoy a free morning and afternoon at your leisure.
As evening descends on this tropical paradise and the last rays of the setting sun light up the sky with a warm red glow, the shadows and sounds of the night join together to cast a spell over the island, infusing it with an aura of mysticism. As twilight falls, you will travel by coach to Celuk Village, home of Silver and Gold Jewelers. The trade of silver and gold jeweler has become part of everyone’s life in Celuk.
Then, proceed to Bali's own amazing Bird Park. Here, an open-air dining area located in the center of the Park provides the setting for a delicious traditional Indonesian dinner. As you relax and enjoy your meal, the unique sounds of the native birds as they settle for the evening provide a tranquil background of nature's own music.
Following your meal, you will witness the utterly unique and fascinating performance of the Kecak Dance. Kecak is a ritual dance that recounts a tale from the Ramayana, an epic story that found its way from India to Indonesia. During the performance, the only musical accompaniment is the chanting that is supplied by men who are positioned in a concentric circle on the stage. As the men chant and rhythmically sway to the music, colorfully costumed dancers weave and intertwine their way amongst them. With the stage lit only by glowing torches, the shadows cast by the dancers combined with the haunting chanting, create a truly mesmerizing and unforgettable experience.
A pleasant drive back to the hotel concludes this very special evening of Balinese entertainment.

DAY 4
After a leisurely breakfast, it’s time to say goodbye to the stunning Apurva Bali and head to the cruise terminal to embark on your luxury Regent Seven Seas Cruises voyage. Transfer pickup time will be advised locally to coincide with embarkation which typically starts at 12 noon.

Land Program Details Step by Step:
•Please note: The order of sites visited may vary to avoid congestion. All program details including timings indicated below are approximate, given here for general reference purposes and subject to change.
•Itineraries with the most up to date details (at the time) will be issued when you are emailed your final cruise documents 21 days prior to sailing. You will then receive one last final itinerary from our ground operator with a Welcome Letter upon arrival or at your hotel. Please review that Welcome Letter and your final itinerary carefully for any further amendments.
•The hotels used for your land program will be the hotels listed in this document unless you have been advised otherwise in advance of the land program start date.
•Guests who do not arrive by Day 1 of a scheduled land program without notice will be considered a no-show and their hotel space released.
EXTRA NIGHTS:
•Guests wishing to purchase any extra nights may do so independently of RSSC.
•A private transfer will be provided if the extra night(s) are confirmed at the Apurva Kempinski Bali Hotel which is used during the land program.
•In order for a transfer to be arranged, flight details must be received and added to your booking no later than 14 days before sailing otherwise guests should make their own way to the hotel.
•Guests staying elsewhere for any extra nights will need to make their own way to the Apurva Kempinski Bali Hotel on Day 1 of the program.

You are met after the customs area of the terminal building and transferred to your hotel where you will spend the afternoon and the evening at your leisure.

Meet and Greet and transfers
•Final cruise documents will be emailed 21 days prior to sailing. The local ground agent’s telephone number will be on page 1, if you can’t locate the meet-and-greet representative upon arrival. Be aware that the representative may be assisting others and may not be in sight when you first exit Customs area.
•Look for someone holding a sign with the cruise line logo and possibly your name. If in doubt, ask the airport staff to direct you to the meeting area for transfers or to page our representative.
•If we have not received your flight details or your flights have changed, and the Destination Services Land Team has not been notified, then a transfer cannot be provided, and guests will be responsible for getting to the land program hotel at their own expense. Please immediately contact our Reservations Department for any flight changes before departure.

What to bring:

*Some hotels do not provide distilled water. While we can certainly request this for you, we cannot guarantee that it will be available. If received in a timely manner, at least 95 days before sailing, requests will be sent on the final manifest that our ground operators and hotels receive. We highly recommend packing your own supply especially on programs that travel to more remote locations in order to avoid not having it. Please keep in mind the rule for liquids in carry-on bags. Many hotels will charge for distilled water. If there is a fee, this will be added to your hotel incidental account to be paid at check-out. Fees will vary from hotel to hotel.

Land programs that encompass multiple days ashore customarily include extensive and prolonged activity, while those of shorter durations typically have more moderate activity levels. However, each program varies, and participants should be prepared to negotiate a mixture of surfaces which may include inclines, cobblestones, sand, and gravel or natural paths. There may also be a need to climb steps or stairs on occasion. Guests who utilize a wheelchair and those with mobility concerns are advised to check with the cruise line in advance to see if any portion of the tour program may not be considered suitable for their individual situation. Weather appropriate clothing; hats; sunglasses; and flat, comfortable walking shoes are generally recommended.
All land programs are capacity controlled and subject to availability. Programs falling under the minimum number of required participants are subject to cancellation. DAY 1
After flying into the Ngurah Rai International Airport in Bali, you will be met and transferred by private vehicle to your resort hotel. The scenic drive is approximately 1.5 hours.
The Kayon Jungle Resort, located in Ubud, is a stunning eco-conscious retreat set amidst a lush natural environment. Guests can enjoy a relaxing atmosphere designed to promote well-being and tranquility. Peaceful sounds of singing birds, wind chimes and the gentle flow of water drift across the valley. Tropical flowers and incense fill the air with exotic fragrances. The accommodations integrate modern luxury with the surrounding landscape, offering a peaceful and comfortable stay. Appreciate the unique sounds of local wildlife and the calming setting - an ideal destination for rest, rejuvenation, and renewal.
From its lofty position, your Kayon Jungle Suite offers stunning views of lush tropical landscapes. The elegant decor and exclusive amenities are thoughtfully selected for comfort. Enjoy a peaceful retreat surrounded by vibrant greenery.
Check-in time is 3:00pm. Although every effort will be made to have rooms available beforehand, this cannot be guaranteed. If your room is not ready when you arrive, you may temporarily store luggage at the reception desk and begin to enjoy the facilities of the hotel.

DAY 2
Begin your day with a peaceful morning walk to a nearby village, taking in the serene natural surroundings and local life. Afterward, enjoy a delightful breakfast at Kepitu Restaurant.
Continue your journey with a Purification Ceremony at the hotel temple, a deeply symbolic Balinese ritual designed to cleanse and rejuvenate the soul. Through a guided session with a skilled healer, or “Balian,” who utilizes traditional palm reading techniques, participants have the opportunity to reflect on personal well-being and pursue self-understanding. This process supports an environment for meaningful healing and self-discovery, set within the calm of nature. This is followed by a private session with a healer, offering insights and balance through ancient wisdom.
Once refreshed, return to Kepitu Restaurant for a healthy lunch.

DAY 3
Begin the day with a rejuvenating yoga class, setting a peaceful tone and grounding your energy. Follow your practice with breakfast at Kepitu Restaurant, where you can enjoy nourishing dishes in a serene setting.
After breakfast, there's time for an optional Balinese activity to capture your final moments at the resort.
At the designated time, you'll check out and begin the day's exploration, starting with a journey to the Bali Bird Park. Immerse yourself in the vibrant world of tropical birds and enjoy lunch in an open-air dining area located at the center of the park, which provides the perfect setting for a delicious traditional Indonesian meal. As you relax and enjoy your meal, the unique sounds of native birds settling in for the evening create a tranquil background nature’s own music.
The journey continues with a short drive to a traditional Balinese house compound. The Balinese home is often viewed as a living organism. Much like a human being, it has a head (the ancestral shrine), arms (the sleeping quarters and living room) and legs and feet (the kitchen and rice granaries.) Next, visit a local Batik factory. This lovely Balinese tradition has been passed down for generations and at the workshop you will have an opportunity to admire the distinctive artistry and technique that goes into producing the famous batik cloth. There will be time afforded here to shop for a souvenir to take home. After the cultural experience, you’ll head south for your arrival at Andaz Bali, where you'll check in and unwind in a luxurious beachfront setting.

After breakfast at the hotel and a morning at leisure, check out and transfer to the port in Benoa for embarkation.

•Please note: The order of sites visited may vary to avoid congestion. All program details including timings indicated below are approximate, given here for general reference purposes and subject to change.
•Itineraries with the most up to date details (at the time) will be issued when you are emailed your final cruise documents 21 days prior to sailing. You will then receive one last final itinerary from our ground operator with a Welcome Letter upon arrival or at your hotel. Please review that Welcome Letter and your final itinerary carefully for any further amendments.
•The hotels used for your land program will be the hotels listed in this document unless you have been advised otherwise in advance of the land program start date.
•Guests failing to arrive on Day 1 of a scheduled land program will be considered a no-show and their hotel space released.
Extra Nights
•All extra nights booked through the cruise line are confirmed at the hotel that is used on the FIRST NIGHT of your land program
•If you book extra nights through the cruise line, you will be met as per the flight details provided and transferred to your hotel. Check-in is 3:00pm (subject to change). Meals other than breakfast, as well as activities, are on your own until day 2 of the program.
•If you have an early arriving flight, you may wish to book an extra night as your room will not be ready for occupation until approximately 3:00pm.
•If you book extra nights on your own, transfers are not included.

•Final cruise documents will be emailed 21 days prior to sailing. The local ground agent’s telephone number will be on page 1, if you can’t locate the meet-and-greet representative upon arrival. Be aware that the representative may be assisting others and may not be in sight when you first exit Customs and the luggage claim area.
•Look for someone holding a sign with the cruise line logo and possibly your name in the arrival hall. If in doubt, ask the airport staff to direct you to the meeting area for transfers or to page our representative.
•Meet and Greet and transfers are arranged for guests arriving on Day 1 of a land program or for extra nights booked through the cruise line and are arranged based on the flight details received by guests at least 14 days before sailing. Guests arriving independently before the program start date will not have a transfer included.
•If we have not received your flight details or your flights have changed, and the Destination Services Land Team has not been notified, then a transfer cannot be provided, and guests will be responsible for getting to the land program hotel at their own expense. Please immediately contact our Reservations Department for any flight changes before departure.

Please note: Land programs that encompass multiple days ashore customarily include extensive and prolonged activity, while those of shorter durations typically have more moderate activity levels. However, each program varies, and participants should be prepared to negotiate a mixture of surfaces which may include inclines, cobblestones, sand, and gravel or natural paths. There may also be a need to climb steps or stairs on occasion. Guests who utilize a wheelchair and those with mobility concerns are advised to check with the cruise line in advance to see if any portion of the tour program may not be considered suitable for their individual situation. Weather appropriate clothing; hats; sunglasses; and flat, comfortable walking shoes are generally recommended.
All land programs are capacity controlled and subject to availability. Programs falling under the minimum number of required participants are subject to cancellation. Pricing listed is also subject to change to meet unexpected cost increases for transportation, land arrangements or currency fluctuations. Land Programs must be purchased no later than 90 days prior to your sail date. Cancellations made within 90 days or less prior to the sail date are subject to 100% cancellation penalty.
