Land Programs & Hotels

  • Explore Qatar’s capital of Doha – a harmonious mix of modern and traditional attractions – enjoy a dinner cruise on a wooden dhow and race through the surrounding desert in a 4x4 vehicle.

    DAY 1

After arriving at the Doha International Airport (DOH), you will be met and transferred to your hotel.

Check-in is 3:00pm. Although every effort will be made to have rooms available before this time, this cannot be guaranteed. Should you have an early flight, you may wish to book an extra night to guarantee your room upon arrival.

The remainder of the day will be at your leisure with meals on your own.

    DAY 2

After breakfast at the hotel, you will travel into the surrounding desert in an air-conditioned 4x4 vehicle. To improve traction in the deep sand, the tires of the vehicle will be deflated. Then, off you will go, racing through the desert dunes in an exhilarating activity known as dune bashing. The driver is highly experienced at negotiating the shifting sands at ever-changing speeds.

A traditional lunch follows at the seafront desert camp, which is a collection of huts furnished with beach beds and Arabic carpets. Other facilities include gazebos, restrooms and a sunken firepit.

In time, you will drive back to the hotel to freshen up before boarding a traditional wooden dhow for a dinner cruise around Doha Bay. The city will be beautifully illuminated as you pass landmarks such as The Pearl, a manmade island with high-end residential towers, marinas and shops. The dhow will maintain a fairly slow speed that is ideal for sightseeing and snapping photos of the city.

After disembarking, you will return to the hotel for the evening.

    DAY 3

Following a leisurely breakfast at the hotel, you will tour Doha, the capital of Qatar and a city that embraces modernity yet still preserves the nuances of the Arab tradition. The highlights include:

?A tram tour of historical downtown Doha and "the world's smartest and most sustainable fully built city district.“

?Browsing the Souq Waqif, a traditional bazaar with myriad of shops full of merchandise such as ceramics, fabrics, spices, Arab sweets, perfumes, candied fruit and traditional clothing.

?Stopping for Arabic sweets and tea at Souq Waqif and free time for lunch on your own.

?Driving past the gleaming towers of West Bay on the way to the cultural hub Katara for a walking tour of the mosques, amphitheater and street art.

?Visiting The Pearl Qatar, an attraction on a manmade island with resort hotels, exquisite shopping and fine dining.

The city tour also includes visiting the state-of-the-art Education City complex, a collection of university satellite campuses, a mosque and the Qatar National Library.

The Education City Mosque is located in the Minaretein building as a part of Hamad Bin Khalifa University’s College of Islamic Studies. Designed by Iraqi architect and calligrapher Taha al-Hiti, the mosque’s minarets feature vertical calligraphy that sweeps upward, taking the viewer’s eye heavenward in a contemplation of faith and meaning. The mosque is supported by five pillars, each representing one of Islam’s pillars: Shahada (profession of faith), Salah (prayer), Zakat (giving alms), Sawm (fasting) and Hajj (pilgrimage).

Individuals from all backgrounds are welcome to visit the mosque, which can accommodate as many as 2,800 worshippers in the main prayer hall and the exterior courtyard. There are four streams outdoors that irrigate a garden in the center of the building. The streams represent the four rivers of paradise promised in the Qur’an: water, honey, milk and wine. The complex also houses the Qur’anic Botanic Garden, which contains plants been mentioned in the Holy Qur'an, along with Qatar’s native flora. Designed to reflect Islamic art and architecture, the garden focuses on harmony, maintaining and preserving plant diversity from around the world.

Following the tour of the Education City complex, you will return to the hotel. The remainder of the day will be at your leisure with dinner on your own.

    Day 4 – December 14, 2025

After breakfast at the hotel and check out, you will transfer to the National Museum of Qatar for delightful encounter with Qatar’s past, present and future. The design of the museum resembles the naturally occurring crystal formations known as the desert rose.

Built around Sheikh Abdullah bin Jassim Al-Thani’s original palace and the seat of government for 25 years, the National Museum of Qatar gives voice to Qatar’s heritage and celebrates its future. Exhibitions combine historic objects and contemporary influences, opening up a dialogue around the impact of rapid change. You will have time to visit the museum’s shop before transferring to the cruise terminal to embark the ship.

  • Just outside Cambodia’s Siem Reap, a unique and thrilling adventure awaits you in the jungles of Angkor, where you can uncover the rich history and grand architecture of the Khmer Empire. Obscured by dense vegetation for centuries, the glorious temples of Angkor comprise one of the world’s largest religious monuments. The most famous is the enormous Angkor Wat, whose soaring walls are covered with intricate carvings. You will also pass through the imposing gates of Angkor Thom, the last capital of the Khmer Empire, to explore the renowned Bayon Temple.

    Please note:

-There is extensive walking over uneven ground at the temple sites - at times up to 2 km, with steps at Bayon and Angkor Wat. This tour is not suitable for guests with walking difficulty or if confined to a wheelchair. It can also be very hot and humid there.

-Cambodian visa fee is included in the tour and will be applied upon arrival at Siem Reap Airport

-Flight schedules are subject to change thus the tour sequence may vary

-Special Note: Any guests travelling with Portable Oxygen Concentrators (POC) or CPAP breathing machines should read further below for airline stipulations with regards to bringing this equipment on tour.

    DAY 1

After disembarking the ship, identify your luggage and then transfer from the pier to the Singapore Airport. Upon arrival, proceed through check-in for your flight to Siem Reap. You will be accompanied on the flight by a representative from our local ground agency.

On arrival in Siem Reap you will be met and assisted with obtaining your Cambodian Entry Visa and the Angkor Temple Passes required for touring. Once this has been issued, board an air-conditioned coach for the transfer to your hotel for check-in and lunch on your own.

The remainder of the day is at your leisure and dinner is also own.

Overnight at the Borei Angkor Resort or similar hotel

NOTE: Your passport will be kept by our program operations team in order to process the visa on arrival and for exit procedures on departure day. Your passport will be safely returned to you on Day 3.

    DAY 2

After breakfast at your hotel, visit the city of Angkor Thom including its 12th-century Bayon Temple, the Terrace of the Leper King and the Elephant Terrace, a sandstone wall featuring carvings of hunting scenes and three-headed elephants.

Continuing on, you will see the temple of Ta Prohm, which is famous for its forest atmosphere and enormous fig trees. This temple has intentionally not been restored, and it looks just as it did when the first European explorer arrived. It may look familiar, as Ta Prohm has been a location in numerous movies, including the blockbuster action film “Tomb Raider.”

Lunch at a local restaurant follows, after which you will visit Artisans d’Angkor, a school for underprivileged children. They are taught the ancient crafts of wood and stone carving, creating lacquerware, painting and silk weaving. As you stroll through the school, you will observe the young Cambodian artisans demonstrating their skills. The proceeds from the students’ artwork purchased in the gift shop go towards running the school.

You will view even more handicrafts and art at Phsar Chas, a market with an outstanding selection of textiles, handicrafts, statues and curios that reflect the Cambodian culture.

Back at the hotel, enjoy dinner and an Apsara cultural show

Overnight at the Borei Angkor Resort or similar hotel

    DAY 3

This morning after breakfast, venture to the Angkor Wat Temple Complex – the highlight of this program. You will have approximately 2 hours to explore its archaeological treasures with your guide before returning to your hotel.

Your guide will point out the best spots for taking photos of this massive temple complex as you walk amidst the moss-peppered cobbled pathways, gaze up at the intricately carved tower tops and perhaps climb the steep and narrow temple steps that lead to wide courtyards.

Following your unforgettable exploration of the temples, you will return to the hotel to freshen up and check out. Transfer to the airport for your flight to Singapore (passports are returned) where upon arrival you will be met and transferred to your hotel. Dinner is on your own.

    DAY 4

Enjoy breakfast at the hotel and check out. Transfers to the Singapore Airport will be based on your flight times. For guests with late flights, luggage storage is available at the hotel until your transfer time.

  • Enjoy a fascinating exploration of Singapore, admiring landmarks such as the Esplanade, Marina Bay Sands and the symbolic Merlion statue. Discover Chinatown and take a walk through several districts teeming with landmarks of Singapore's colonial past. Tour Gardens by the Bay, a sprawling waterfront garden and nature park and enjoy the famous Singapore Sling from the Long Bar at Raffles Hotel.

NOTE: Please advise the Destination Team via Reservations or Guest Services in advance of your travel of any seafood allergies or dietary restrictions. Once in Singapore changes to the lunch menu on Day 1 may not be possible.

    DAY 1

Disembark the ship in Singapore, meet your guide and set out for an introductory tour to discover the multi religion and culture of Singapore.

Begin with an exploration of Waterloo Street where you will find several well-known landmarks, including the Kwan Imm Thong Hood Cho Temple, Maghain Aboth Synagogue, Sculpture Square, and Sri Krishnan Temple. The Maghain Aboth Synagogue is the oldest synagogue in Singapore and was built by the local Jewish community in 1878. Here you will experience how the locals adapt to each other’s culture and religion.

Next take a walk along Albert Street which was originally lined with two-story shop houses, and was famous for its Chinese restaurants, bars, medicine shops and food stalls. You can still see some of the old traditional retail shops within this area.

You will also see the business district that is responsible for the nation's fiscal security and drive through the historic Padang or colonial area. Have your camera ready as architecture and foliage combine to create the perfect backdrop for you to capture the landmarks of Singapore's colonial past.

Continue with a visit to Chinatown where you will walk through its alleyways and visit the Buddha Tooth Relic Temple & Museum whose richly designed interiors and comprehensive exhibits on Buddhist art and history tell stories of culture over thousands of years old.

Built in 2007, the temple gets its name from what the Buddhists regard as the left canine tooth of Buddha, which has been recovered from his funeral pyre in Kushinagar, India and displayed on the temple’s grounds.

For lunch the group will dine at a local Chinese seafood restaurant – perhaps you will try the famous Singapore Chili Crab!

After lunch make a visit to Arab Street, the old center of the Malay community. Today, Arab Street is abundant with glittery and lavish fashion items that include the finest lace, sparkling semi-precious stones, ostrich feathers, iron-on diamantes, gold thread, wholesales bales of silk and organza with dazzling rainbow hues and intensities. Traditional rattan is also sold in little India’s street shops, and the beautiful gold-domed Sultan Mosque is located here.

Finally, pay a visit to the famous Raffles Hotel Singapore, where the Raffles Long Bar is the birthplace of the city's most famous cocktail, the Singapore Sling. Any visitor to Singapore should try this cocktail with a handful of peanuts. You will have some free time to have some photo taking at the hotel before your transfer back to your hotel.

Dinner is on your own today.

    DAY 2

After breakfast at your hotel, you will be met by your guide for your tour to “Gardens by the Bay”. These Gardens capture the essence of Singapore as the premier tropical Garden City with the perfect environment in which to love and work – making Singapore a leading global city of the 21st century.

Underlying the concept of Gardens by the Bay are the principles of environmental sustainability. Comprising two glass biomes, the Conservatories replicate the cool-dry climate of the Mediterranean and semi-arid sub-tropical regions and the cool-moist climate of the Tropical Montane region. They house a diverse collection of plants that are not commonly seen in this part of the world and are of high conservation value. The conservatories are a statement in sustainable engineering and apply a suite of cutting-edge technologies for energy-efficient solutions in cooling.

Visit the Cloud Forest, a mysterious world veiled in mist. A 35-metre tall mountain covered in lush vegetation shrouding the world’s tallest indoor waterfall showcases plant life from tropical highlands up to 2,000-meters above sea level.

Next, step into the Flower Dome and you will marvel in awe of nature as well as the spectacular and innovative designs. The Flower Dome replicates the cool-dry climate of Mediterranean regions.

You may wish to stroll along the Skyway and take in a view of the Gardens from above. (there is a separate fee to walk along the Skyway)

Truly a spectacular and colorful national icon, Gardens by the Bay will capture the imagination of everyone who visits.

Next, visit the top of the iconic Marina Bay Sands Hotel – SkyPark Observation Deck. At 57 stories above ground, you will have a bird’s eye view of the stunning Marina Bay, Singapore’s world class city-scape, the architectural wonders of Supertree Grove and the bustling shipping lanes that have built Singapore’s rich history and economy.

After this tour, you will return to your hotel to enjoy the rest of the day at leisure. Lunch and dinner are on your own.

    DAY 3

Enjoy breakfast at your hotel and then the remainder of the day is at your leisure to explore the sights and sounds of Singapore at your own pace.

Something worth trying and within a 20-minute walk (10 min drive) is the Singapore Flyer - Asia’s largest giant observation wheel. Standing at a stunning 165m from the ground, the Flyer offers you breathtaking, panoramic views of the Marina Bay and beyond. There’s also a range of shops, restaurants and facilities nearby. A variety of packages can be purchased in advance for the Flyer.

Your hotel Concierge will be happy to assist with any independent sightseeing questions you may have.

Lunch and dinner are on your own today.

    Day 1 – December 20, 2025

After clearing immigration and Customs in Mumbai, you will transfer to the airport and fly to Kathmandu. Lunch will be served on the flight.

In Kathmandu, you will be assisted with visa issuance and baggage collection.

NOTE: Please have on hand 1 passport sized photo for the Nepal Visa - Your tour manager will collect this from you in flight.

Home to eight of the world’s 10 tallest peaks, the tiny kingdom of Nepal is ringed by the Himalayas. It is a land of contrasts, harboring a wealth of Buddhist and Hindu art and architecture. Nepal’s colorful capital city Kathmandu reflects 2,000 years of peaceful co-existence and exudes a unique blend of Hinduism and Buddhism, which is distinctly Nepalese in character.

Nepal has eight World Heritage sites and has won two Heritage Awards, one for the city of Bhaktapur and the other for the Dwarika’s Hotel, where you will spend the evening.

Described as a “living, breathing museum, displaying Nepal’s best craftsmanship from the 13th century,” the hotel rooms and public areas at Dwarika’s Hotel reflect medieval architectural traditions. Every brick is handmade, every piece of wood original and centuries old.

After some time to freshen up at the hotel you will visit the great Stupa at Bodhnath, one of the largest of its kind in the world. Constructed in the 14th century, the stupa is built on an octagonal base, inset with prayer wheels. Bodhnath is also a center of the Tibetan community in Nepal, where you will visit a monastery and interact with a senior monk.

A visit is also made to the Thangka Painting Studio, which renowned artist Lok Chitrakar founded. The sacred art form of Thangkas is a visual interpretation of Buddhist and Hindu philosophies that date from before the 7th century C.E.

Later you will visit the UNESCO World Heritage Site of Pashupatinath, one of the holiest Hindu temples and a major pilgrimage site dedicated to the god Shiva. Situated within a natural setting on the bank of the sacred Bagmati River, the temple features a pagoda style, a gilded roof and a richly carved silver door.

After watching the Aarti prayer offering ceremony at the temple, you will return to the hotel for dinner.

    Day 2 – December 21, 2021

Early in the morning, you will transfer to the airport for a flight-seeing excursion (weather permitting), soaring over glacier-clad, cloud-shrouded peaks and other landscapes around Mount Everest. Afterwards, you will return to the hotel for breakfast.

Following breakfast, you will have some time at leisure and before noon you will drive to and visit Patan, one of three royal cities in the valley. Commissioned by India’s great emperor Ashoka in the 3rd century, this World Heritage Site within four stupas is known as the City of Fine Arts.

The temples around the main square are impressive as is the Patan Museum, which is housed within a picturesque palace setting. In an international campaign by UNESCO for safeguarding monuments in Kathmandu Valley, the Austrian government joined hands with Nepal to restore and preserve Patan.

Newari architectural style blossomed in the form of temples, palaces, residences and squares between the 12th and 18th centuries, representing a timelessness in Nepalese architecture and its definitive characteristics, often guided by religious and socio-cultural norms.

Following lunch, enjoy a cup of tea in a 150-year-old restored Newari home. Its ground level is for daily activities and storage, while the floors above contain living spaces and bedrooms. The top floor serves as the family shrine and cooking and dining area.

Next, you will see Patan’s Living Goddess, who typically acknowledges greetings of devotees from the balcony of her temple residence. Known as kumaris, Nepal’s living goddesses live in seclusion and rarely speak in public.

After a private audience with the Goddess it’s on to the Singing Bowl workshops. According to the oral traditions, singing bowls were brought to Nepal from India in the 8th century along with Buddha’s teachings. The Nepalese were expert bronze makers which allowed them to perfect these bowls which are commonly used as a tool for meditation. The beautiful rich tones the bowls produce are thought to help achieve a state of deep relaxation.

There’s time for individual exploration before departing for Thamel - Kathmandu’s hip street. Pulsating Thamel has become a world address for international trekkers, mountaineers and curio shoppers looking for a bargain.

Transfer to and enjoy drinks and dinner at a local favorite “Sam’s One Tree Café”. Following dinner the group returns to the hotel for the evening.

    Day 3 – December 22, 2025

After breakfast, you will drive to the World Heritage city of Bhadgaon, also known as Bhaktapur. Founded in the 9th century, Bhaktapur, also known as the City of Devotees, is revered for its medieval art and architecture. As you meander around Durbar Square, you will see the 55 Window Palace and Nyatapola temple, considered to be the finest example of Pagoda-style architecture.

Return to your hotel for lunch and then check out and transfer to the airport for a flight to Mumbai.

Refreshments will be served on the flight.

On arrival, proceed to your hotel for dinner and overnight

    Day 4 - December 23, 2025

    DAY 1 – December 20, 2025

After disembarkation from the ship in Mumbai, you will proceed to the airport for your flight to Delhi. Lunch will be served on the flight.

On arrival you will board a coach and drive to Agra via the Yamuna Expressway. Sit back, relax and take in the vistas of India’s vast rural farming countryside along the way. Light refreshments will be served during the drive.

Agra, the city of Taj Mahal was one of the grand cities of South Asia. With the arrival of the Mughals in 1526 led by Babur, Agra entered a completely new era during the reign of emperors Akbar, Jehangir and Shah Jahan. Akbar made it a great center for learning, art, commerce and culture. Its cosmopolitan bazaars and its strategic location on the river Jamuna, was altogether a worthier setting for the focus of an empire.

Arrive in Agra and check-in to the renowned Oberoi Amarvilas which boasts uninterrupted views of the Taj Mahal. Voted as one of the top hotels of the world, its classical architecture is complemented by elaborate Mughul gardens, terraced lawns, fountains, reflection pools and pavilions. Every room has a frontal view of the Taj Mahal.

    Enjoy dinner at the hotel.

    DAY 2 – December 21, 2025

This morning you will discover the Taj Mahal at dawn. Coffee, tea, juices and rolls are served in the lobby prior to your departure.

With its incredible lacy white grandeur, it is perhaps the most perfect architectural monument in the world. In memory of his wife, the great Mughal emperor Shah Jehan planned this most extravagant and incomparable monument built for love. Although amazingly graceful from any angle, it is the close-up detail, which is really astounding.

Return to your hotel for breakfast.

    Morning options following breakfast:

•Drive an hour into the Indian countryside to visit Fatehpur Sikri, the red sandstone former capital of the Mughal empire. The city lived between A.D. 1571 up to 1585 and then became a ghost town, abandoned, possibly due to complexities with the water systems.

•Visit the Agra Fort, a World Heritage Site credited to Emperor Akbar, India’s great visionary. His sons and

theirs added to this imposing structure situated by the banks of the Yamuna River. The astonishing palaces, mosques and audience halls contained within its massive walls of red sandstone became once more a monumental mission of the Mughal Empire embellished by the artistic fusion of Islamic and Hindu tradition

    Afternoon Options following lunch:

•Visit the Agra Fort as described above

•Visit the Tomb of Itmad-Ud-Daulah in the old city, the first Mughal structure pioneering the extensive use

of `pietra dura’, the inlay work of marble, so characteristic of the Taj Mahal. This mausoleum is small and squat when compared to the Taj, but the more human scale has its own attraction, and the skillfully patterned surface of the tomb is exquisite.

•At the hotel, Agra’s leading astrologer will be available for consultation. Appointments for an analysis of your personal horoscope can be made at the Regent Seven Seas Hospitality desk

•Take a look at some of Agra’s famous shopping including Kohinoor, erstwhile jewelers to the Mughal court, featured in National Geographic. Old emerald necklaces, enamel, jewelry, silver, pocket watches in Gold and silver, textiles and embroidery form part of their private collection. The Marble Inlay factories steeped in this decorative art culture are also a specialty of Agra.

Later in the day, re-visit the Taj Mahal at sunset where the monument appears to change its hue, tinted by the glow of the setting sun.

Later in the evening, enjoy the classical dance form of Kathak at your hotel. This royal courtroom dance arose from the fusion of Hindu and Muslim cultures during the Mughal era. It is characterized by rhythmic footwork, spectacular spins, mime and gestures that are a dramatic representation of themes from Persian poetry synthesized with Hindu mythology. Dinner at the hotel will follow.

    DAY 3 – December 22, 2025

  • Gain an extraordinary perspective of the gorgeous Pink City of Jaipur through its architectural highlights and observe iconic wildlife such as Bengal tigers on game drives in a national park.

Special Note: Guests travelling with Portable Oxygen Concentrators (POC), CPAP breathing machines or scooters should read further below for airline stipulations with regards to bringing this equipment on tour.

    Day 1 — December 20, 2025

After disembarking the ship in Mumbai and attending to immigration and customs formalities, transfer to the airport for a flight to Jaipur. Lunch will be served on the flight.

Jaipur is the capital of the desert-like state of Rajasthan, a land rich in legends of romance, chivalry, sacrifice and heroic deeds.

Upon arrival being your exploration of the Pink City, where an enduring charisma of the past blends with the throbbing vitality of today. The scholar and astronomer Jai Singh founded Jaipur centuries ago, and it is considered India’s first planned city. It is often called the Pink City for the predominant color of its buildings.

First visit the City Palace, a sprawling structure surrounded by a high wall. The royal family lives in a portion of the palace. Other areas have been converted into museums displaying textiles, costumes, paintings and carpets.

Across from the palace, you will find the open-air royal observatory Jantar Mantar, an esteemed World Heritage site. Jai Singh ordered its construction in the 18th century. It contains the world’s largest stone sundial, among other astronomical instruments.

A brief photo stop is made at the Hawa Mahal or Palace of Winds, a good example of Rajput artistry made of red and pink sandstone, beautifully outlined with white borders and motifs painted with quick lime.

You will spend the evening at the Jai Mahal Palace, the former residence of the Prime Minister. Its graceful architecture is uniquely Rajput, with cupolas, minarets and arched doorways. Open-air verandahs spill out onto lovely grounds where peacocks strut.

Dinner is included at the hotel.

    Day 2 — December 21, 2025

The day begins with a 3.5-hour drive through the countryside to the famous tiger sanctuary at Ranthambore. Your stay here is at Taj Sawai Madhopur Lodge, former tiger hunting retreat of the Maharaja of Jaipur.

In more recent times and especially in the last decade this reserve has become internationally known as an exciting hub for research and conservation directed towards protecting the majestic Royal Bengal in its total environment.

After lunch, proceed to the forest for the afternoon game run.

Take a drive through the park in a Jeep or canter safari vehicle with expert naturalists. They will point out and describe the great diversity of birds, mammals and major predators.

The deep gorges of Ranthambore serve as hideouts for animals such as leopards, tigers and sloth bears. The forest also provides a natural habitat for spotted deer and sambar, the largest Asiatic deer. Woodland, ground and water birds are plentiful, including red junglefowl. Although Ranthambore was once a hunting ground for Bengal tigers, it has become a research and conservation area for these magnificent animals, especially in the last decade or so.

The 10th-century Ranthambore Fort that overlooks the reserve is so historically important that UNESCO deemed it a World Heritage site. You may notice various animals resting on its ancient ramparts.

Dinner and overnight at Taj Sawai Madhopur Lodge.

    Day 3 – December 22, 2025

Coffee, tea and rolls are served at dawn before proceeding on another game drive, exploring a different section with your naturalist.

Return to the resort for breakfast and then the drive back to Jaipur.

Arriving at the airport, receive your boarding passes and proceed through security before boarding a flight to Mumbai.

On arrival, transfer to your hotel for the evening.

Dinner is included at the hotel.

    Day 4 – December 23, 2025

Tea, coffee, muffins, bread rolls and juices will be available as you check out. Return to the airport for a flight to Cochin.
