And when your vacation does begin, you are met with a friendly face at your arrival airport’s baggage claim, ready to whisk you away to your luxurious hotel – a lovely perk included with your complimentary Pre-Cruise Hotel Package. Acclimate to your new time zone and spend a little time exploring your embarkation port, until the next morning when, after your exquisite complimentary breakfast, a Regent representative will meet you at the hotel lobby to take you to your ship.

After a smooth embarkation process, the moment you’ve been most anticipating arrives: entering your Penthouse for the very first time. At the door, you present your key card to the sensor, and a low, electronic beep lets you know that your door is now unlocked – a sound that should really be replaced by heralding trumpets, as it is more fitting for the occasion.

Light pours into every corner, illuminating the designer touches, the rich textiles and the inviting colors. This luxurious suite has been carefully designed to maximize space and comfort, with up to 644 square feet from door to balcony deck. The Penthouse also features a spacious walk-through closet with plenty of hangers for your clothes, and plush bathrobes and slippers that you can't wait to try on. As you make your way through the separated living and bedroom areas, you realize that this category of suites is the creme de la creme of Regent's accommodations...and then your doorbell rings.

A warm hello from a tuxedo-clad gentleman who introduces himself as your personal butler is followed by a formal tour of your suite. This knowledgeable hospitality professional answers all of your questions, from how to set up your complimentary WiFi to how to operate your espresso machine. He reviews the selections in your mini bar and eagerly takes notes as to which are your favorites.
