(d/b/a Regent Seven Seas Cruises), its parent companies, subsidiaries, agents and affiliates, the unlimited worldwide, perpetual, unending right to use, reproduce, distribute, and convey my image/photograph (“Content”) for all purposes, whether commercial or non-commercial, in any format or medium now known or subsequently developed, to modify and edit my Content, to combine my image/photograph Content with other images, video, audio, text and other media, to create derivative works incorporating, including or based on my Content, and to sublicense any or all of the foregoing rights. This grant shall be construed broadly. If I want my Content removed or taken down, I will send a message to privacyteam@nclcorp.com, and the Company will use commercially reasonable efforts to remove and take down my Content.
