Each of the cookbook’s 18 chapters reflects the recipes taught in 18 individual Culinary Arts Kitchen classes aboard Seven Seas Explorer. In total, the cookbook contains recipes for 95 delectable items, 20 desserts and 14 beverages and cocktails. Sections include, “Fiesta on the High Seas,” “Caribe!”and “Majestic Mediterranean,” featuring signature dishes selected from Italy, France, Greece, Turkey, and Spain. The Culinary Arts Kitchen Recipes cookbook is only available for purchase aboard Seven Seas Explorer.

Cookbook in hand, guests can complete the Culinary Arts Kitchen experience and opt to join in Gourmet Explorer Tours, shore excursions in the Mediterranean and Caribbean that help guests immerse in destinations and local cultures through its epicurean offerings.
