Explore a masterpiece that reveal the genius of Antoni Gaudí, a Catalan architect known for his free-form organic design. You will pass Casa Batllo, a whimsical residence that Gaudí designed, on the way to Gaudí’s most famous work is La Sagrada Familia, the Church of the Sacred Family. Construction on the sanctuary began more than 135 years ago, and the church is still years from completion. Yet as you will discover, every detail is photo-worthy, from the stained-glass windows to the flamboyant spires to the church’s spectacular sculpted figures. The architect died in 1926 and is buried in a crypt at La Sagrada Familia.

  • • Dress in weather-appropriate clothing.
  • • Wear flat comfortable walking shoes.
  • This tour includes about three hours of walking and standing and about 25 steps to negotiate. There will be inclines and unpaved surfaces at Park Guell, plus any additional walking at the guests’ discretion during free time. The tour is not available to wheelchair guests and may not be suitable for those with mobility concerns who should evaluate their stamina and ability before joining the tour.
