Settle in for a private train ride to Rome and spend hours exploring independently, which will allow you to concentrate on the attractions that you find most appealing. You will detrain at the Saint Peter Station, just a short walk from Saint Peter’s Square. From there, you will be on your own and free to go wherever you please. If you have landmarks in mind, use the provided map to find the fastest route to them. You could also purchase a ticket that enables you to hop on the double-decker buses that follow scenic routes around the city and hop off at the attractions that pique your interest. Or just wander about and enjoy Rome at your own pace. You could explore Vatican City in depth, see the ruins of the Colosseum and drop by the Spanish Steps, perhaps the most famous gathering place in Rome.
