Annalisa Queen’s namesake boutique only carries handmade merchandise from environmentally friendly companies that reuse fabrics from previous clothing collections. Even the boutique has been renovated with sustainable, recycled materials. After browsing its unique high-end fashions, you will join Annalisa in her workshop to learn more about her love of design and search for unusual fabrics. You will then head inland for an enlightening exploration of the sustainable farm Borgo di Tragliata. As you will discover, it uses recycled materials, solar power and other technologies that protect the environment. The sommelier will describe how the farm’s organic wines are produced, after which you will enjoy a wine tasting and a small carafe of wine with lunch. The dishes will be made entirely with organic ingredients.
